I signed a client at about $3,300 CAD for fractional CMO and project management work, helping with content and personal branding. After two months, the client had second thoughts on pricing, so I dropped it to $2,400 CAD, about a $1,000 reduction. He felt much better with that number and stayed on instead of canceling. On top of that, I also signed an insurance client for Facebook ads. Instead of forcing a higher fee, I took $1,000 to get the deal done. So now I have multiple clients, and that came from the advice to stop overthinking, get clients first, and pay the bills.

Now I'm early on with my AI adventures, but I'm playing with lots of cool tools, and one that has really stood out to me is a product called Prosp. It automates DMs, profile views, liking, and even has AI based messaging based on content the prospect has posted. Then it goes a step further and will duplicate your voice and send customised voice notes or pre recorded voice notes for you based on a process you design. It's honestly blown my mind! This community, whilst it fulfils a marketing tactic, is also a true community with group coaching and accountability calls, loads of helpful sharing, and encouragement to pick the solutions that fit each person best with something for everyone. A community by definition means that people of all types and sorts support each other, thanks Jake for building a true community! Now as for building a Skool community for my business as a marketing tactic, I am in two minds, I don't think I could build a true community, and would only be doing it as a marketing tactic for my one program, not sure I want a Skool group unless it makes people feel supported and inspired like a true community does.

I talked to Jake actually on Monday on a group call. Actually I went through his content on creating offers but not the Purple Ocean offers yet. I am impressed how simple yet effective of his way explaining the offers. For me even I had worked in the automotive engineering for 13 years in US and Europe but the automotive market is being disrupted by Chinese cars..so I decided not to do anything with automotive as its competitive field to be in. Hey everyone, a month ago I posted that I left my full time job as a cmo to launch my agency. I’m off to a strong start with 7 clients signed all in the 1 to 3k retainer range! I need a few more to match my old income, but for a month or so I’d say this has been pretty strong. 5 of my clients are car dealers, I’ve been in the car biz for 9 years so that’s my network, and I want to see how I can use tools to capture more leads for them since dealership websites usually suck. Right now, I just drive traffic to their website forms with a utm code attached so I can track. But I’m considering sending the traffic to a form I create, or a landing page I create but I don’t see a lot of people doing that for dealers specifically. Does anyone have a form, funnel, or landing page they’ve built for a dealership I could see as an example?

Hello Guys, I want to share my experience. I started the Outbound Elite course a week ago and have been implementing the information right away. 7TH APPOINTMENT BOOKED This was my 5th outbound call today. I started with my usual opener: “Look, no one really likes getting a cold call, especially on a Wednesday evening. So I can keep it super brief, and then you decide if you wanna hang up on me. Does that sound fair?” He listened while I explained my no brainer offer, then told me to book a time that works. He shared the timing, I confirmed his phone number, already had his name, asked for his email, and demo booked. No pressure. No long pitch. Just honesty, value, and confidence. Every yes reminds me why persistence matters. Momentum continues.

2 call booked, 1 showed up and converted I booked 2 calls in September. 1 person showed up, and I did five interview calls with that same person and eventually converted the lead into a paying client. To make that happen, I applied prescription selling properly. I researched the client thoroughly before getting on the call. Ronnie told me, “Don’t explain things too much. Don’t talk too much. Listen to them. Let them talk. Don’t rush.” I kept that in mind, and it worked. After that, my team and I slowed down and did not book any calls for 15 days because too much time was going into finding qualified prospects and not enough time was left for outbound marketing. Big thanks to Ronnie and Jake for the guidance.
Booked a new appointment after changing the offer
Hey guys, I hadn’t booked a meeting in months, but after changing my offer and tightening up my email outreach, I finally got one with a new prospect. The first meeting was a no show, but I kept my head up, stayed consistent, and followed up. Two weeks later, we finally had the call. The meeting went great. I explained everything clearly, and he’s genuinely interested in working with me. Even if he doesn’t end up buying, I now know I can book more appointments. It’s always either win or learn.

FIRST CLIENT SIGNED & ONBOARDED Posting a bit late, but a big win. I officially brought on my first pay after performance client. No setup fee, no upfront cost, just a trial client willing to bet on results. Roofing niche. Got client domain access, connected the website, set up GHL and automations, and got ad account access. The goal is to build SOPs and automations for client onboarding and service delivery so that when I start charging full prices, I already have clear service delivery processes, automated systems, early results, and strong testimonials. This sets me up to scale fast with a proven, repeatable system.

I’m a medical doctor and pulmonologist, and after months of overthinking, I finally ran my first live webinar. My Facebook ads did not work, so I pivoted and recorded a simple 2 minute Instagram video about a real frustration I see in patients trying to quit smoking. That video took off organically. In 72 hours, my Instagram went from 70 to almost 1,000 followers, and I ended up with 72 organic webinar sign ups and 48 people in the WhatsApp group. I ran the webinar, had 24 people live, and several more asked for the replay. It was messy, but it proved my message resonates when I show up authentically.

investment offer in Australia. The offer was targeted at high income couples, with leads dropping from an average CPL of AUD$250 to as low as AUD$54. Interestingly, the audience almost completely ignored our professionally designed creatives which we spent ages creating to satisfy the client's requests. I attached an example of one of the rough UGC concepts that was printing. It was rough around the edges, but people were literally commenting and sharing the ad.

I applied some of the tools I learned here and from my previous trainings. One specific strategy I used from Setterlun University was the Purple Ocean Offer. I ran a tiny cold email campaign and sent 8 emails, one of them replied. I have not booked a call yet, but it validated my proof of concept, the right strategy, solid market research, and a willingness to take action really work. Hey Jake. Just an update on the ads and landing page. I’ve been running ads at about $10 per day and I signed 2 clients last week at $397 each with total ad spend at $75. One is going to be on retainer at $840 with social media and ads. I’ve pretty got a pipeline set this way and was set to sign 2 on the 19th of Feb. The best 10 week program I have done
Hi @Akshay Shah, I have been part of many digital marketing groups and masterminds during my 10 year agency journey, and I found the 10 week Digital Architect program hands down the best program I have done. During the program, I refined my offer, honed my pricing, built strong trust assets, began marketing via scraped cold contact lists via voicemail with great success, streamlined my booking process, created presentation slide decks that immediately show a solution to potential clients' pain points, and built a great onboarding system. My marketing has never been so streamlined, and my systems are now on point, making my agency look more professional than ever. I can’t recommend the Digital Architect program enough.
Got 2 leads after following the ad spend rule
My advice on killing the ad creative only after the cost is 2.5x the amount you are willing to pay per lead was spot on. My goal was 60 a lead, waited till 2.5x, once it hit 150, I got a lead haha. Got 2 now from that creative, averaging 100 per lead. Will keep it running. Just wanted to let you know that the advice was bang on.

My first call for the new offer gave me real momentum
Had my first call for my new offer I booked a lady who is a CMO on Facebook. She was not my exact avatar, and she did not know enough about her clients’ industry yet to justify spending on my coaching, but she liked the mechanism. She asked for more information at the end of the call, likely because she does not know me or how my process works yet. But I left the meeting feeling good and refreshed. I went in nervous, thinking nobody was going to trust me in this industry. But we had a good conversation, and best of all, the language in the conversation was ROI and systems focused rather than the same old emotional baggage. That was only my first call and there was almost no nurturing other than our Facebook conversation. I am so excited to see where this business goes now and feel reignited by the call. She even liked my AI assistant from my YouTube channel and thought it was a unique angle. I do not know why I feel like a brand new newbie when I have made over $2 million online, but it does feel like starting over for me. I was depressed for months without any direction of what I truly wanted to do. Thanks to the guys here, @Jake Setterlun and @Ronnie Tilton for your guidance on the calls.

When the owner answered, I greeted him and said, “Look, no one really likes getting a cold call, especially on a Friday morning, so I can keep it super brief and then you decide if you wanna hang up on me. Does that sound fair?” That line got his attention. He listened, got interested, answered my qualifying questions, told me the time for Monday, and I booked the demo call. 3 hang ups earlier did not matter. 1 yes made it all worth it. Every rejection is one more step to success. Momentum continues.

It has been a long road, early mornings, late nights, little sleep, and lots of stress, but I stuck with it and finished something I did not think was possible. I’ve got 2 realtor friends who asked if I could make this for them. They did not want to spend money on the process, so I had to put it together on a shoestring budget. We integrated AutoOps OS into our marketing agency to improve our onboarding process, which used to feel clunky, and to build a client portal. That made new client onboarding much more streamlined and professional. Since then, we refined the portal to include managed access to client digital properties in one click, moved 90% of client communication into the portal, added monthly reporting there, and gave clients access to a live Google Analytics dashboard. AutoOps OS is what started all of this, and it created a strong framework that made our agency look much more professional from day one.

Closed 2 deals in 1 week with a new offer presentation
I tried a new way of presenting my offer, and I closed two deals in one week. I present plastic surgeons the normal price first, then I handle objections, and after that I present a downsell or momentum offer with a one time payment for 30 to 45 days. Two people from different countries said yes. I’m doing it this way because I want testimonials, so I offer the deal in exchange for being able to record a testimonial or use their case as a case study. My client acquisition cost is about $66, so I’m planning to keep doing this because it’s closing.
3 calls booked, 11 inquiries, and the phone kept ringing
I always have some bottleneck somewhere, and it was originally lead gen because I normally just do referral stuff. Then I had to turn it off because I had 3 calls booked, 11 inquiries, and my phone was still ringing. I realized I was not ready for the fulfillment side yet, but the system was clearly working. Ringless voicemail has been working really well for me. It feels like a great option for people who do not want to pay for ads, or just want another lead gen channel. I have also been using the Skool group as a secondary offer and another lead gen system. If someone is not ready to take the main offer now, we can move them into the group and keep nurturing them there. The system is built now, and that is the main thing. Now it is about refining and tweaking based on feedback and experience. You have done a great job setting all that up and helping us through it. Absolutely brilliant system.
75% show rate with $276 cost per booked call
I wanted to show my tracker for the month of January. Total spent was $25. I generated 16 in revenue and 101 in cash. My show up rate was 75 percent. My cost per booked call was $276, and my cost per taking call was $342.
4 sales, 14 calls, almost perfect show rate
It’s definitely been working for me. In the past I ran ads and probably only got around a 20% show rate from booked calls. But with this system, it feels like it’s hitting people who are genuinely interested. They can hear my voice, it feels more personal, and that has made a big difference. Since running it, I’ve had 4 sales, with 4 people signing up to the 90 day offer. I’ve also had 14 sales calls, and around 5 more people may still come back to me. The show rate on those appointments has been almost perfect. I think the ringless voicemail is a big reason why it’s working so well. Everything else now is just about refining what I already know and using the tools you’ve given me to maximize it.
Super valuable system that changed how I think about offers
Your system is really good, and I’m learning a lot from it. This stuff is super valuable. What it helped me realize is that instead of building everything first, a smarter move is to create multiple offers, launch ads for them, see which one gets the most interest, talk to the market, and then build around what people actually want. That shift was big for me because I had a lot of ideas going in, but this helped me think more clearly about what people are actually resonating with.
Went from no offer to 4 offers in 2 days
I did not even really know what an offer was. You hear the word offer everywhere, but I did not actually understand it. Once I started filling things out, I realized I did not have an offer, I did not have guarantees, and I did not even understand what some of the core pieces were. Two days ago I did not have one offer. Now I have four. It was a huge mindset switch, and the simple questions helped me realize how much I was missing. It has been very, very helpful.
You already have the resources, now it is time to apply
You are already in an environment where you can learn from people who are doing it. I have been in a lot of mentorships, and the truth is simple, if you apply it, it works. If you do not apply it, it does not work. You already have all the resources here for $17, so instead of chasing something else, my opinion is to use your money for ads and actually execute. The grass is not greener somewhere else.
Saw the value fast and booked a call in less than a day
There is so much material inside that at first I did not even know where to start. But once I found the $25 Million Skool module and watched about nine videos, I hopped on a call with Tyler and bought, because the value is there. The value is 100 percent there. It just needs to be made super clear where to start, because once I saw the right part, it clicked fast. It literally took me less than a day to book a call with Tyler.
I finally have an offer most people cannot compete with
I woke up feeling so good because I realized I finally have an offer that most people cannot compete with. It feels like I now have a system that is truly different. When I look around and ask who else is doing this exact thing, the answer feels like nobody. That gave me a huge amount of confidence and made me feel great about what I am building.
Sold the whole business for a 5x multiple
I started with a landscaping lead gen business from the Architect course, and then a competitor came along and offered to buy the whole thing. They bought everything, the IP, the setup, and the full business. I ended up getting a 5x multiple on the sale, which was awesome. What made a big difference was the systems side. That has always been the main thing for me. I have been able to grow businesses before, but they usually hit a point where everything depends on me and I burn out. This time I focused much more on systems, SOPs, and building things properly, and that really helped.
I feel like a new person after the last few months
Honestly, I feel like I am a new person because after a few months of grind, my skills are through the roof right now. In terms of sales, offers, and marketing, I learned so much throughout the whole process.

It’s been crazy seeing Jake’s growth. We met back in 2018, and even then I knew he was going to be the real deal. His knowledge level was crazy at such a young age. I recently looked him up again because my kids started a landscaping business and we were looking at automation, texting services, and AI. When I saw what he had built, I was blown away. In 2 weeks, I built an offer nobody else has
The AI you guys put together is crazy. It is so thorough, and the way the systems are already integrated makes it incredibly useful. What really stood out was how it helped me research competitors and develop my offer in a much deeper way. It made me realize that if you build your offer right, nobody has anything like you. You really do end up in a purple ocean. What feels wild is that over the course of two weeks, I developed something no one else is even thinking about or talking about. Their guarantees are weak, their messaging is vague, and now I finally understand why a great offer changes everything. It made it obvious why your last company had such an incredible run rate. It is the offer, for sure.
10 companies signed up in 2 weeks
What started as a sales training forum for real estate acquisitions turned into a real offer fast. In the last two weeks, I got 10 companies signed up. Right now I’m charging $3,500 per company, plus $500 per additional person they bring onto the call. It runs for four weeks, 60 to 90 minutes a day, three days a week. No one pushed back on the price. In fact, a couple people said it was a deal. So far, 6 companies have already paid and started, and now I’m getting ready to launch the next group.
He asks the right questions before giving answers
One thing I want to acknowledge is the way you answer questions and help people on these calls, it is super valuable. I have been in the agency space for 6 years, bought a bunch of coaching programs, and I am in other coaching groups right now too. What stood out to me is that when I ask you a question, you ask a question back first so you can understand the context. In a lot of other programs, people just start talking right away without really understanding the situation. To me, that shows real depth. It shows you actually care about getting to the right answer instead of just talking. That teaching style is really, really good, and I think that makes a huge difference.
Money I would happily spend again
I feel like we are all dogging on your program, but it is actually super good. The only way things improve is by getting real feedback, and I would much rather have that than just saying everything is great with no actual improvement. That said, this is money I would happily spend again.
A really good and unique program
I have been in a lot of different programs over the years, and I will say yours is one of the good ones. I was actually thinking earlier about how I got into Jake’s program. I saw the ad, then joined the Skool, and next thing I knew I was paying to join. I even thought to myself, I should do that for myself, because it was such a great idea. It is a really good program.
