Sold the whole business for a 5x multiple

"I started with a landscaping lead gen business from the Architect course, and then a competitor came along and offered to buy the whole thing. They bought everything, the IP, the setup, and the full business. I ended up getting a 5x multiple on the sale, which was awesome. What made a big difference was the systems side. That has always been the main thing for me. I have been able to grow businesses before, but they usually hit a point where everything depends on me and I burn out. This time I focused much more on systems, SOPs, and building things properly, and that really helped."
