Adjusted pricing, kept the client, and added another one

"I signed a client at about $3,300 CAD for fractional CMO and project management work, helping with content and personal branding. After two months, the client had second thoughts on pricing, so I dropped it to $2,400 CAD, about a $1,000 reduction. He felt much better with that number and stayed on instead of canceling. On top of that, I also signed an insurance client for Facebook ads. Instead of forcing a higher fee, I took $1,000 to get the deal done. So now I have multiple clients, and that came from the advice to stop overthinking, get clients first, and pay the bills."
