From overthinking to execution

"I’m a medical doctor and pulmonologist, and after months of overthinking, I finally ran my first live webinar. My Facebook ads did not work, so I pivoted and recorded a simple 2 minute Instagram video about a real frustration I see in patients trying to quit smoking. That video took off organically. In 72 hours, my Instagram went from 70 to almost 1,000 followers, and I ended up with 72 organic webinar sign ups and 48 people in the WhatsApp group. I ran the webinar, had 24 people live, and several more asked for the replay. It was messy, but it proved my message resonates when I show up authentically."
