No setup fee, no upfront cost, just a trial client willing to bet on results. Roofing niche. Got client domain access, connected the website, set up GHL and automations, and got ad account access. The goal is to build SOPs and automations for client onboarding and service delivery so that when I start charging full prices, I already have clear service delivery processes, automated systems, early results, and strong testimonials.
